Ever wonder why your mood magically improves after you eat dark chocolate? It releases a feel-good hormone called dopamine, leading to elevated levels of happiness. That's why you actually feel happy eating dark chocolate. It also fights off chronic fatigue, behaves as a remedy against coughing, and - believe it or not - even fights off tooth decay.

But did you know that dark chocolate can also save your life?

Dark chocolate does this by providing some protection from a deadly and silent killer: Free radicals.

What are free radicals?

They're unstable molecules produced within your body on a cellular level. As we age, the amount of free radicals increases and causes a condition called oxidative stress. It's what responsible for premature aging, autoimmune disorders, and even cancer.

These rogue molecules steal electrons from healthy molecules...then convert them into even more free radicals that wreak havoc on your health. Yeah, it's basically terrorism in your own body!

Sure, dark chocolate might help to fend things off some...but they can only do so much.

Regardless, enjoy some dark chocolate!
