Dear Miss Q: A couple years ago I had an abortion when I was 16. My mom and I were going through some very hard times and I never told her about it. Since then we've become very close just like best friends and I share a lot of things with her now. I told her about a lot of the other things that have happened with me over the years, except that part. I still cry about it that I even had one every time I see a baby. I feel so guilty. Do you think I should tell my mom about the abortion?
